Yesterday we took the kids to the Richmond Children's Museum. It was wonderful that we are finally in a place where I feel like my kids can be getting the different experiences that I desire them to have. It was a subtle reminder that God is going take care of us. His promises are neverending and He is for us no matter what. Anyway, I could see the wheels turning as Tyson and Charis ran from exhibit to exhibit. They got the chance to pretend to do their own news cast and were so cute trying to read the cue cards that Daddy was holding up. I think Charis enjoyed "shopping" and being the cashier the best and Tyson was fasinated with the apple tree. He picked "apples" sent them up the juicer where they returned to the tree. We finally had to drag him away after about 45 minutes. You could tell that they were learning and taking everything in. I was especially excited to hear Tyson telling Grandma about his day on the phone later, something that just never happens.
